An active human being 💪
I have always been a very very consistent athlete (If you would classify calisthenic workouts as a sport). I have always treated raw physical pursuit as a beacon to understand more about myself, hence I have fallen in love with it.

Everlasting student of life
Never closed-minded to new ideas, I am always pleased to be exposed to unique ideas that bring up concepts I have never come across or those that challenge my current beliefs. It is never a bad thing to be wrong, it is a bad thing to stay wrong.

Mind gymnastics 🧘♂️. Just like how I like to put my body into a load-bearing position and improvising control, I employ mind twists and control practices to build up a more resilient mental character.
